[help] dialer not working during the call

My ZTE blade's dialer pad is not responding during the call ( i think technically name is Activity phone dialer ) is not working properly

it was working fine before but when i moved from stock rom to this cynogen cm 10.1 rom

due to this error i cant call automated calling system .

Yesterday i downloaded and tried 5-6 new dialer apps like ex dialer, dialer one , dialer + etc.

still it was not working

so have installed new rom

but still it was not working

firstly i thought it was problem of touch screen but i realize that portion is working fine for other apps

so it is clear that there is a problem in dialer

its quite clear ( If i'm not wrong ) that problem is not in hardware because if problem is in hardware any other app may face same issue

or another issue

my phones all functions are well working except this dialer

please help me to resolve this query
