XMOD: Play Store 1280x720 masquerade

This modification uses the 'Xposed' system, which must be installed as detailed in this post.

This modification will make your device masquerade as a 1280x720 device in the Play Store, so you can install applications that don't appear for 1920x1080 devices, such as the BBC News app, Candy Crush Saga, Photoshop for phone etc.

To install...

• Download and install the modification APK - DOWNLOAD (ROMraid)
  
• Enabled the module in 'Xposed Installer'
  
• Reboot

Easy eh? More Xposed modules for the One will follow. :)

Note that the apps may not appear straight away, the screen dimensions seem to be cached somewhere i've not found yet. You can help the process along by clearing data on the Play Store, clicking the 'account' button in the Play Store.
