Volume wake on rooted stock B952 ???

Can someome please tell me can I just copy ''system\framework\android.policy.jar'' from this patch http://www.solidfiles.com/d/1b18cd93eb/

to my system\framework with Root Explorer to make ''volume wake'' working?

You could just flash the volume wake mod. You can find it on the MeijaROM page, it works on any stock rom.

No I can't cause I don't want to unlock the bootloader, since this is the only way to stay away from 3G reboots.

You can just copy the files manually then, it should work. Flashing is a lot safer though, moving files manually can mess up things so don't blame me if something goes wrong.

If you do unlock to flash stuff, you can always relock when you're done.

OK, so have you tried that ''relocking'' yourself, or you're just copy/pasting? Cause I've been here for a while now, so I know all about jsevi83's work, and I've chosen to stay with stock B952, just rooted. If you can't tell me something useful regarding my question from the 1st post, please don't say anything. Thank you.

OK, so I did what I was asking about in the 1st post and everything went ok, volume wake working just fine.

Just to add that I copied all 3 files, android.policy.jar, Generic.kl and qwerty.kl
