if you mean subway surfers "HD optimized graphics" version on gplay, then yes, it runs great - only lags just a tiny bit (not unplayable mind you, merely noticeable) when you pick up a jetpack, but there are no obstacles then, so no big deal

and i hear it lags even on much faster phones than ours is - so there is also a version for low end phones somewhere

so don't expect tegra performance or anything, but anything playable on GB runs equally well or better on baidu (not true for most ICS roms)
