HTC One back button not working

Back button only works intermittently. Any ideas?

Sounds patronising but are you definitely hitting the button? I ask as I thought the same thing when I first stated using mine but decided that in my case the capacitive sensor is just a lot smaller than I'm used to. Compared to the nexus or galaxy lines they're ludicrously small targets.

I do reckon its a fault. The supplier has agreed to change it so I guess I'll know when I have a new one.

Also having this issue. Going to contact ThreeUK and get them to swap it out. Its a pain in the arse. Got stuck in an app earlier for a minute when I needed my phone

They changed it for a new one. All works fine now!

I'm finding this is an issue when you are not holding the phone, e.g. the phone is resting on a desk and the buttons will not work, as soon as I pick the phone up they work fine.

Spoke to three. They will do a one time swap out. But no stock at the moment. I can have a black one at the end of the month or wait for silver to come back
