(Need Help)To install apps of Internal SD card(ICS)

Sorry If the question is asked before I can't find right answer after searching for answer in related questions so I am asking for help.

I own an Android Phone Xolo A700(rooted) which runs in ICS 4.0.4.

It has Internal Storage 503 MB , Phone Storage 2 GB(for use) and i have a 8GB Micro SD card.

All I want was to install/move apps to the Phone Storage which is 2 GB. I tried different methods all they did was they will install/move apps to Internal Storage (503MB) or Micro SD card .

Can someone provide me tips or any app to install/move apps to the Phone Storage.
