SD card fails to read?! Re-insert > Works again.

I have had this problem for a while now! What happens is the card fails to be read properly for no reason - after some use. All explorer either does not see it, or file names are all gibberish. ($%^&*86;Z ?;%;?*). Then I re-insert the card and it is fine again! I have had it for a while now (pretty much since I got SPV) and it is same with 8MB SD/32 MB MMC/256MB SD?? Anyone has same symptoms?

Started happening to mine recently. Mostly with WMP and IA Album. All-explorer's always been able to see it strangely enough. Even if I do WMP, All-Explorer and then WMP, it still can't see it even though WMP can.

Slightly iritating, but not happening too often and a quick eject and re-insert always seems to fix it so I can deal with it for now...

Got it all the time... Just asked O about it, but haven't gotten a response yet. Hoping they'll give me a new phone, since the one I've got now is pretty scratched up.

My SD card seems to have died too, only just noticed it because I went to run an app (Tube London), and it couldnt find the executable, then I realised all my apps that were installed on the SD card were 'broken'.

Then I realised I couldnt see the sd card from the allexplorer on the phone or via activesync on the pc. Have tried power off/on, removing and reinserting etc. Have tried everything but the card (or phone ) seem totally knackered.

Is the card covered by my warranty? Does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?

(Unfortunately I dont have another SD card, and I dont have a PC based card reader, and I dont know anyone else with an SPV to try it with!)

Any help appreciated.
