How to safely replace Simplicity V2 (Jellyblast)

Hi, I've a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5380i and I've flashed my phone with Simplicity V2 (Jellyblast) and every time I try to replace the custom Rom my phone just bricks. I've tried un-rooting as well but it just bricks, it comes with:

Boot.img.zip

Rz recovery

Format-all-ext-4.zip

Can someone please explain how to safely replace this custom Rom or even how to flash my phone back to its original state.

it's all good, I fixed it. I had to brake the custom Rom to be able to replace it, I cba explaining how I did it.
