Problem with entering recovery

Hi, I have problems with entering recovery. I can't boot to recovery when the phone is turned off. I can enter it only from booted phone (reboot recovery in terminal or by pressing button in power menu). I have gen2 device and I have enabled TPT and fastboot with windows flasher (so now it behaves like gen1 TPT upgraded to gen2) TPT and fastboot doesn't work too. How can I solve it? Do I have to do it again?
