!! Extended bootloader mode - am I the only one to have seen this?

By fluke, I triggered this extended bootloader mode... and then I worked out how to do it again, so I am sharing this. Am I the first to see this?

nothing apart from letting you boot in to recovery

oh sorry now im on pc i can see the picture clearly its just the recovery options, i thought you had found something different with the blue screen on the right lol
