Anyone point me to a later rom download (after 940) that even I can install?

currently running 2030

U8815V100R001C203B940

using on Vodafone network

not rooted (too novice for that)

pretty happy with existing rom except the annoying data connection popup and seem to have some wi-fi issues (both wifi-and data signal showing at same time)

I'm looking for a later rom (without these issues) thats easy to install (from micro SD)

Anyone point me to a later rom download (after 940) that even I can install?
