Will Virgin Sim Work On the Orange Version Of The OT-983?

Hi All,

I am currently on Virgin PAYG and was thinking of getting an Orange Network Alcatel OT-983 as they are currently quite cheap. I was wondering whether my Virgin sim would work in this phone from the off without having to get the phone unlocked.as Virgin share the Orange/T-Mobile network?

Has anybody successfully used a Virgin sim in an Orange OT-983 or any locked Orange phone recently ?
