[CoolPad7295] [No service and IMEIs] After formatting the whole flash

Pre-Action: I formatted the whole flash including (Nvram, yl-parames, BinRegion, Bootloader) ---- using the SP flashing tool

Outcome: No service on every roms I installed afterwards, and no IMEIs. Though I found ways to restore IMEIs back, yet there's still no service.

How should I restore these parts of my phone to get the service back??
