Phone working slow and crashing ! :( Help !!

My lg optimus l3 is hanging ALOT !! and crashing now and then :( someone please help regarding this ! what do i do to make it work smooth ? :(

am running rooted stock rom v10j please help :(

If you have flash Stock Kernel which supports Swap, please use Ram Expander to improve your Ram free space. You also can use Seeder 2.0 to reduce lag. Make sure you don't have too many process running in background too.
