Google Play Games doesn't cloud sync.

Hi, I have been playing Super Stickman Golf 2 on my Nexus 7 and Orange San Diego, but my completed levels and achievements don't seem to sync across both devices. I am logged on to Google+, as I am able to play multiplayer. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you :-)
