HTC Code ... no response!?

Hi all ... has anyone unlocked a phone with htccode lately?

I've sent a request to unlock an Xperia T yesterday, and got no reply ... not even an acknowledgement that my order is being processes or something. Maybe I'm being impatient - but what's your experience like with htccode?
