[Q] Miui v4 patch

Hey guys, is it possible to patch zukriaksah's Miui v4 2.8.3 to get Youtube HQ work perfectly ? Since this rom is based on ICS and PA1.6a got a full working Youtube, I gess someone in the community can do that. This Miui rom is for me the best, and i would really thanks the one who can do this. :D
