I used slimbean last 1 month(the latest update), and i have bug with messages, many times, my girlfriend send me a message and message dont deliver to me, but when i reboot phone, message deliver to me, but not everytime, sometime sms deliver to me after few hours. Can someone solve this, or is it already fixed ? What custom rom is the best? What you use ? And, i want custom rom with 4.1.x or higher android. What you recommend to use ? I'm happy with MokeeOS, which is stable, really good-looking (plain GB doesn't look that good), it's pretty fast and it doesn't take much space. http://www.modaco.com/topic/355776-romzte-skate-mokeeos-v110-cm72-android-237-06082012/ Just give it a shot, it's basically perfect daily driver. Still, if you don't like the older ROMS, I suggest ParanoidAndroid/SlimBeam if you want an average system or Rootbox if you want great customization... I prefer stock CM7 to MokeeOS, but Mokee is based on CM7 so it's purely an aesthetic difference anyway. I ran 4.x ROMs for about a year until last week, and switching back to Gingerbread has been pretty refreshing so far. Will see if I end up switching back to 4.2. Also apply holo locker, but before go and choose lock screen none. It's really annoying, SetDNS Pro fixes it (I found that in the Mokee thread) but it likes to randomly freeze the phone for some reason. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I apply a rom I clean everything. First time that applied Monkees even WiFi wasn't work. I do the follow: Wipe data/factory reset wipe cache partition After from the mounts and storage I format boot,cache,data and system. my Cwm 4.0.1.4 . Do it as such this and I think that you will start agree with me ;););):D . When I want to pass from 2.3.5 to 2.3.7 or 4.x.x or from one of then to each other I do each step of the proccedure and 4 times :mellow: , cause I was reading that some times cwm 4.0.1.4 is to sleepy to do the work directly , I mean to clean and wipe ;) .
