u8850 and Jelly bean

Hi guys

i have flashed a pre rooted firmware 2.3.7 on my phone and would ideally like jelly bean on there (it has SU, busybox but no CWM)

i have two 4.1 roms waiting on my HD but would presumably need clockworkmod to load/flash them

i dont know how to do that...

ultimatly i just want jelly bean...

can anyone help?.
