Because I think CM discontinued CM9 Rom for E400 since we don't receive update anymore (9-20130505 last nightly built). I don't want my beloved E400 to stuck on ICS while the world moves on to Android 5.0.

So we are to keep the hopes alive then we're the ones who must do something ourselves counting on others won't cut it these days :(
