Wi-Fi Connection problem

As I don't recive replies for my question I create a new topic with the problem. I saw other topics about this problem but I didn't find answer. I need help and I would like intasar because he had this problem and other like Angelcho, Pralayy and bong-adventurer but any help will be wellcome.

This is my problem:

I have been installing the CM9's version of 2/24 to 5/5 of LG Optimus L3 and when I connect to the Internet via Wifi, the connection takes 10 or 15 seconds and then the pages don't load but the Wifi still on. I did an report but everyone said me this problem don't appeared in that. This is:

I do not have this problem. But i incountered a p roblem with Bluetooth tethering. When you turn it on, it reboots and boot loop afterwards
