P1 battery cover problem

Just got the P1, however there's a problem with the battery cover. On the top right side of the phone, the case is atleast one millimeter wider than on the left side (Above the power button). There's a little gap between the back cover and the phone, the case won't "click in", now matter how hard I press.

Is it just my device?

I don't think my phone is quite symmetrical but I don't have gaps like you speak of. If you bought it from a shop you could go back and check another one to see if it too shows this problem.

Is it livable with?

in my persnal expriens of huawei smart phones using should be very poor boz of low performance issues, better time is not good, that's way i don't wana use again these kind of set.....

No problems with mine @ all this thing goes under warranty 110% so take it back
