SDMerge into a ROM

Hi guys...some days ago i built my first custom ROM alone by myself.

But i have one question: i wanna to integrate SDMerge into my ROM, so ppl haven't to flash every time the steps of SDMerge....so it is possible to do a stuff like this?And if it's possible how can i do that?

Info: my ROM is cm9 based.
