Changing phone: how to keep some Huawei apps?

I bought an Acer Liquid E3 Duo (quad core, dual-sim) for £180 delivered in the UK.

I would still like to have some of the GREAT apps from the G300, like the:

-notification toggles,

-meteo (weather) app

-weather and clock widget

-calendar app

Any one knows if that is possible, and where I could get them? The Acer has other alternatives, but not as intuitive as the ones mentioned.

Also, the Aceer usus JellyBean 4.2.1.

I think that there are APKs for some or all of the above on the forum already. Or you could extract them with a suitable tool. But I don't known if any/all of them might have some dependency on G300 specific hardware. I guess you could take the APKs and try them on another phone...?

Right I am having problems at the current moment in time backing up 2 of them. So going to try and back up them up a different way.
