Camera Phone

Good day everyone, hope you guys can help me for a simple request:

My crappy WP7 phone died, so now need a substitute. Not willing to carry around the camera on me all day long, Im looking for an asian phone (jiuya, Huawei, etc...) under 300$, with a high quality lens and sensor.

I wont use the phone for gaming or anything highly technical (already have a nexus7 for that) Just want nice photos, music playback quality and good battery life. Also, 5" is too big for me.

Many seem to recommend the Jiayu G4, but the CPU is overkill and the camera isnt that good

Any ideas?
