[Q]Bootloader Unlock Brick

Hello :)

I have been looking around the forum, and some people were suggesting that officially unlocking the bootloader causes bricks. Does anybody know any more about this?

As I am trying to find out if this is true and how and why (if it is true) it can happen, and how we can fix it, as I am very unsure, as my phone is fine, ever since I unlocked the bootloader 3 months ago.

Can anybody throw some light on this?

Am also looking for an answer regarding this as it has stopped me unlocking my bootloader.
