enter in to the CWM... format/ system, wipe cash, factory reset/ wipe full... then flash some cm10 and GAPPS, after flashing GAPPS wipe cash partition, factory reset and delete dalvik cash..... That's it, REBOOT phone

Can you boot in recovery at all?What appears in device menage when you turn on your phone and connect it to the pc?Can you get adb to work?

If you can get adb to work you can reboot your phone to bootloader and flash stock rom recovery and rom or clockwork recovery and any costum rom.
