Got pretty bad brick now, i can only acces fastboot. No ADB no boot.

Best chance is probarly bringing it back to the store right?

Try the Acer Tool and boot CWM recovery ( first enter fastbot ) and flash update.zip ( rom from your specific country ORGROD , EMEA_FR etc )

It wont boot to cwm anymore :/ i think i broke the kernel with trying to flash miui :(

If you can access fastboot, you can boot on CWM from your pc, something like

fastboot boot C:\CWM.img

And from here, you can restore a backup, flash another zip, make wipes, etc...

enter in fastboot mode and try to flash stock rom.. if not ..go in service.
