Unfortunately, Setup wizard has stopped

Good Evening

I have reseted my ZTE Blade III to factory defaults using stock recovery and now i get "Unfortunately, Setup wizard has stopped" when the phone starts for the first time after reboot. Any ideas how to install any ROM so i can bring my phone back to life?
