MMS not working

I can't get mms to work on my G300. Wont send or receive. I'm using Ovivo mobile. Everything else, texts and data/internet working fine. I'm running CM9. I'm currently trying to solve the problem via Ovivo mobile support team so waiting for more suggestions from them at the moment. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they solved it.

Already tried tweakker but that didn't work, the app just froze and wouldn't do anything.

Already been through the set up guide several times and all my setting are correct as shown. I'm now waiting for Ovivo to get back to me with other suggestions.

I had a problem with my Gingerbread Motorola phone with an Ovivo sim. I could get internet or SMS but not both, depending on the APN settings. Use of Tweakker and extensive discussions with the support team did not help.

I can get internet by setting the APN type to blank or to internet,default,supl,dun,fota or to default or to default,supl,dun,fota I can send SMSs if I set the APN type to internet, but then can not get the internet.

I have solved my problems by setting the APN type so I can get internet. I have a toggle widget on my screen that allows me to switch off the data connection. If I switch off the data connection I can then send SMSs. I do not send MMSs. It may be toggling your data connection on and off would help.

My phone worked fine when I had a T mobile sim and with a Vodphone.de sim and an asda sim.

Thanks for the reply. I've now sorted the problem, I've bought another phone !! I'd been thinking for a while about taking a punt on one of the chinese phones but was a bit wary sending away to China and waiting for weeks. I finally bought one off ebay for the same price as it would have cost sending to China. This came from Cardiff and they give 14 day money back and 1 years warranty. Extremely pleased with the phone. Knock spots off the G300 !! Put my Ovivo card in and everything works perfectly, including MMS. Sorted !!
