Battery problems

I can't charge my phone. The battery stays at 21%. If I reboot my phone many times, Baterry level varies from 9% to 30%. The OLED is allways red. I think that the problem is in my cable.

Yesterday i made a wipe of battery stats, it was working, but I was watching all the night anime(about 4hours). I love anime :wub: . Pleas, I don't want to see answers liike "buy a new cable/battery".

I buyied it in 2011.
