How to update libs file for increasing 3D Performance

I have a ZTE Blade(Dell XCD35) , i want to update libs (whatever the graphics driver is called and give me the link). If not possible,suggest me a new ROM that is pretty much stable and has good 3D performance.

You can't expect a good performance from an entry smartphone like ZTE Blade. But if you want the best possible performance for Blade, try GingerBread builds (CM7 for example)
