Blade v good update from my nokia?

been looking at this new blade as I want to get rid of my lumia 800 don't rearly like the os, I did a quick check of the specs

Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon

1.4 GHz Scorpion(nokia)

Qualcomm MSM8225Q Snapdragon

CPU Quad-core 1.2 GHz(blade)

Could some one please tell me would this be an update for the nokia or should I be looking at something else? thanks
