HELP - ActiveSync and send/receive email problems

Help! :cry:

Has anyone posted problems with 'Send/Receive Email' being greyed out

in the Inbox after Active Sync? I need to setup email again before I could use it each time

The message I get is You are currently sync with....blah blah blah.....you must disable this from desktop if u wish to recieve email....blah blah.

Any suggestions?
