Changing ime n zte blade 2

hi there i using zte blade 2 and i from turkey...

in my country my zte's imei doesn't aviliable... so that i must change it.. i have some thing about it for ex: sigma software but it need sigmadongle... are there any where do this without dongle... thnx for help see you...

This software can't change imei on our blades its fake
