How to S-Off HTC WildFire a3333

Hello,

I want to install 2.3 Android from my Frayo 2.2. For that I am unlocked my device with help of HTCdev ( LOCKED OOW). And now my boot loader says UNLOCKED. S-ON. How I S-off for rooting and further up-gradation. I used unRevoked3 but not gives me my choice of result (S-off _ ROOT) .
