Acer Liquid E reverting to stock & Windows 8 error

Hi, I'm running windows 8 x64 on my pc (I know it sucks :P ), i can't revert my liquid E to stock rom, actually I'm on CM9. I tried both running installer for froyo (downloaded from acer site) and flashing froyo bin with acer tool but I have the same error: system doesn't recognizes phone.
