Headset sound is too low

Hello. I have a phone that is same with Zte blade 3. ( http://m.prnewswire.com/news-releases/turkeys-first-domestic-high-tech-smart-phone-the-turkcell-t40-224039721.html )

Its headset sound is too low. I can't hear at street or bus. I tried some methods but I couldn't do. I added two pictures. If you help me, I will be happy because I don't listen to music.
