How do i sync Calander ? on Andriod

How do i Sync Calendar on Android  to ALL MY ACCOUNTS?

 

I have 

 

Gmaill 

Hotmail 

 

When i go calendar and make a event,   i can select Gmail  or Outlook 

 

But if i select gmail on my desktop outlook does not sync it 

 

 

HOW Do i make it sync for both?
