Instructions for a blind master reset please

As title really. My Liquid Metal's screen is well and truly ruined as I cannot see anything on it (through a heavy drop right onto the screen) although the phone itself boots and receives messages and reminders etc. I'll recycle it or sell as spares or repairs but would like to wipe all personal data first.

 

grateful if anyone could tell me exactly what to do, e.g. buttons to press etc and how many times etc as I really am doing it blind.
