Guest Rocket Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 All the literature states 32GB. Has anybody tried a 64 or know why this is? Perhaps the interface is only HC compatible?

Guest Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 I'm sure in one of the threads someone confirmed they were using a 64GB card. I'll have a look and post the link ...
Guest Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 (edited) Yes here it is - 'jamesglanville' has successfully tested such a card (http://www.modaco.com/topic/365530-how-to-root-your-hudl/page-4). I'd bought and use the 32GB version of this card. Edited October 27, 2013 by Guest
Guest SifJar Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 As long as it's formatted to FAT32, any capacity of micro SD card should work fine. The SDXC standard (i.e. cards 64GB+) is backwards compatible with SDHC devices, except that SDXC cards come pre-formatted to exFAT, which Android doesn't support. Formatting to FAT32 makes it work. There are multiple reports mentioned above that 64GB cards have been successfully tested.
Guest glossywhite Posted October 27, 2013 Report Posted October 27, 2013 (edited) Thanks guys. Makes sense now. You're extremely welcome :) and remember... if in doubt, choose Sandisk! Edited October 27, 2013 by glossywhite
Guest TheOne1974 Posted October 28, 2013 Report Posted October 28, 2013 I can confirm that the Samsung Pro 64gb Micro SDXC also works with no issues so far.
