im pretty sure it wont be able to have an "official" update, but someone might be able to make a rom based on the next CM that comes out, since they already have a jenkins (android 4.3) build based on CM 10.2 out there if you Google it, although not sure how much longer we can go on making roms that are based on stock android, since the libs and essential parts are mostly either proprietary or arm v7.... sad times  :(
