Youtube app: "This action isn't allowed", anyone else getting this?

I'm using konstat's android 4.2.2 rom and i get this message when playing videos, opening the app etc. Videos do work but i always get this message. When i try and sign into my account i get the message again and i can't log into my youtube account. Does anyone else have this problem, not sure if it is a problem with the rom or not.

Have you merged your yotube account with your g+ yet, it's now required for some actions, like commenting on videos

g+ was only added on youtube today i think, i've had this problem for the past 2 months when i flashed the 4.2.2 cm rom.
