Question to devs and programers

Is anyone of the above mentioned people wiling to help me to Mod,Customize and Optimize the Aurora Borealis Rom because it is only stock ROM for our device and this device was built for it.
 
Changes like fixing the gap between wifi and reception icon in status bar and shrinking down the size of menu's to look like jelly bean.

You don't need a dev and definitely no programmer to do this, what you need is a cook. You can do this yourself with the Android Kitchen (google it).

 

It's a lot of work for something that doesn't matter at all to anyone since there are a number of JB ROM's that work great right here on this forum (with more available memory, faster UI and so on...).

 

Devs are busy with KK right now.
