Make custom ROM look like STOCK?

Hello, i have a question , if anybody can help, then let me show you what i need.

I miss a lot the stock rom look /ui/ theme and i am asking if it is possible to make a custom rom look like the stock, just the theme, the options menu, status bar, options menu, just the theme, but i don't know how to do it, i just know it is about the framework-res.apk and parts of framework , can anybody help me to get a zip or something to change the rom look like the stock rom of ZTE SKATE? thank you all.

I think pure android, example how looks the CyanogenMod 7.2 in stock theme, status bar, lock and options menu, anything in themes, i love the status bar from cm 7.2 it is the smoothest, i'm using a gingerbread custom ROM now, i miss the stock android theme.
