HTC DESIRE TOUCH PANEL

hi guys,

 

recently one of my desires has briked, and a friend of mine gave me his phone was briked too, i change my touch panel  to the other phone and i boot to bootloader, and gave the same message TOUCH PANEL - FAIL, how to recover?
