Zte skate touch Proplem

my zte skate touch digitizer was broken and i had bought a new one and installed it after installing the touch worked good then at the same day it started to stop and no touch response then come back to work now it work then stop and i have to remove the battery many times to get it work is that a digitizer proplem or software i am using rom cyanogen mod please help
