Here's a bit more info http://www.xda-developers.com/android/android-4-4-1-update-for-the-nexus-5-now-live/I just tried to flash it with twrp and it failed, presumably cos I've got something non-stock going on somewhere. It's a bit late to investigate further so I'll have a go tomorrow evening
