Rename account

Dear administrators,

I would like to change my nickname from "ryuko2002es" to "ryuko2002"? Is there any way to do so? If changes are not possible could is there any way to delete my account so that I can create a new one? I made two support request (SR642-Uyy) but after two weeks I got no answer.
