Guest bobu15 Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 I visited page the page: http://huaweig300.com/I tried to follow the instructions to make my phone capable for custom roms. Everything well until I used "BootloaderG300.exe". After I used that, my phone reboots, and reboots, and reboots...I removed the battery and put it back and my phone continue to reboots, happens every 5 seconds. I try to open bootloader with power+volume up and don't work. Don't work power+volume down as well. The only one who work is power+volume up+volume down and appears pink screen. Next I try to use fastboot from my computer and put bootloader.img and clockworkmod.img when my device is in pink screen. The computer computer has recognized the driver but when I use fastboot and put .img file, say device not found, and don't work. How I can solve my problem?
Guest bidzapfc Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 Sounds like you tried to unlock bootloader on GB based rom. Did this happen?

Guest bobu15 Posted December 16, 2013 Report Posted December 16, 2013 (edited) You download it from the official huawei website. I tried this http://www.huaweidevice.com/worldwide/downloadCenter.do?method=toDownloadFile&flay=software&softid=NDY4ODE= Not works, just stay on pink screen. Please give me a download link Edited December 16, 2013 by bobu15
Guest dalyer Posted December 16, 2013 Report Posted December 16, 2013 (edited) I think you need a bog standard stock GB update.app - not this downgrade package. You then copy it to /dload/update.app on your external sdcard and do the force update. I can't find the stock GB ROM update.app offhand but it must be here or on the Huawei site somewhere... There are also a number of "my phone is bricked" threads in the non development forum (parent of this forum) where people successfully revived their devices - might be worth checking these out. Guest bobu15 Posted December 16, 2013 Report Posted December 16, 2013 I downloaded the global version of gingerbread from:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1928012 and not works. I put the dload folder on sd card, I turn on the phote with power+volume up+volume down and it stay on pink screen.
Guest bidzapfc Posted December 16, 2013 Report Posted December 16, 2013 So you unpacked zip file and put dload folder with update.app on root of your sd card? Yes it is a GB rom. And removed battery, pressed vol + - and pwr buttons and you only get pink screen?

Guest bidzapfc Posted December 16, 2013 Report Posted December 16, 2013 Found advice on xda. Guy had Ideos but its same: Rittik: Be like me. Go and tell them "Bhaisahb There was an OTA update and i was updating but the phone after turning off turned on to this pink coloured screen." They wont say a word and replace your Board. But beware u will have to wait for atleast a month for them.

Guest bidzapfc Posted December 17, 2013 Report Posted December 17, 2013 Try to make it under warranty... If not, take it to specialised service and tell them exactly what you did. If you will pay for it, it will cost you less to tell them straight away than to let them do diagnostic first
Guest smweb Posted December 17, 2013 Report Posted December 17, 2013 Thanks. Do you think, the repair will cost? or guarantee? Is it under warranty? Huawei repaired my rooted bricked phone under warranty without asking anything.
Guest bobu15 Posted December 17, 2013 Report Posted December 17, 2013 Thanks all. Especially thanks to bidzapfc.
